Refund / Replacement
In the event if the food delivered turns out bad or not edible, please watsapp photos to 8788 6631. On a case by case basis, refunds will be made or items will be replaced with no extra delivery charge. Cancellation of Order mykitchenette allows cancellation of order if it receives an email through 'contact us' at least 2 days before delivery date. Refunds(if payment made) will be arranged accordingly.
How to place order?
1. Choose the item/s that you want to place order and click to cart. 2. Select a delivery date for your order with reference to the 'Available Delivery Slots' calender below. 3. Go to cart and checkout. 4. You will see order summary and enter: (a) Delivery address (b) Delivery Options - tick 'mykitchenette' and type under 'Leave a note for seller': (i) Your desired delivery date. (ii) If you need utensils and for how many pax. Please enter promo code 0 (under order summary) if order is $45 and above. (c) Payment Options: (i) paynow: please email or watsapp the payment confirmation with the order number to mykitchenette. 5. A tax invoice will be generated upon order confirmation and an order note will be emailed to you for reference. 6. A watsapp message will be sent before delivery on the actual delivery date.
Available Delivery Slots
Please choose a date from the calender for your delivery and state in the check out "Leave a note for seller". Please write in through 'contact us' if your desired delivery date is not within the month.
